Abstract (EN)

In this study, thermoluminescence and optical properties of pure and implanted ZnO crystals were investigated. Optical absorption spectra and thermoluminescence glow curves of the samples cut the size of 10x5x0,5 mm3 were taken. The samples were heated before thermoluminescence (TL) measurements in order to erase the effect of back ground radiation. Samples exposed to different doses of X-ray of the taken from TL spectra in the range of 50-400 ° C temperature. Samples were annealed in 400?1000 oC temperature range with 100 oC steps in one hour in order to determine the effect of temperature on the samples. The result of TL measurement taken from with pure ZnO is known wurtzite structure emerged from two TL peaks at 90 oC and 245 oC. It was obtained to three peaks at 87 oC, 210 oC and 274 oC for TL spectrum of 2,5x1016 ion/cm2 dose Cu implanted ZnO. There are two absorption bands at 446 and 494 nm in the optical absorption spectra of the received for pure ZnO. There has been also an absorption band at 506 nm for 2,5x1016 ion/cm2 dose Cu implanted ZnO.
