Abstract (EN)
In addition to the fact that thiazole groups are an important component of vitamins, antibiotics and various clinically accepted drugs, coumarin and its derivatives have also been valuable building blocks in the literature due to their various biological activities such as anticancer, antioxidation, antiinflammation, antimicrobial, antivirus and enzymatic inhibition activities. In the first part of this designed study, firstly, compound 7, which forms the main skeleton structure of the study, synthesized by applying processes such as nucleophilic substitution (SN2), dipolar cycloaddition, click reaction, separation and purification, starting from the compound 2, which synthesized according to the known literature. Later, the azidothiazole coumarin (11) compound, which forms the final compound of the coumarin-derived compounds (8, 9, 10) synthesis step given in Scheme 3.4., obtained and a new coumarin-derived compound added to the literature. In the second part, it is aimed to obtain compound 12, which is a pharmacophore molecule, by 2+3 cyclo addition (click reaction) of the compounds 7 and 11, which synthesized in Scheme 3.5. For the separation/purification of these compounds, TLC (thin layer chromatography), flash combi spectrometer and silica gel column chromatography techniques will be used and also 1H and 13C-NMR (Nuclear Magical Resonance), FT-IR (Infrared) and ESI-MS for structure determinations. (Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry) will be characterized by using spectroscopy methods. Keywords: Tiazole, triazole, coumarin, isoxazole, cytotoxicity test
