Abstract (EN)

The distribution of the ACPi polymorphism that has been used in the Forensic Science applications, was researched in an isolated population. The blood samples of 55 related individuals who have been lived in a village were examined. Hemolysates were prepared with samples. Samples were phenotyped by cellulose acetate electrophoresis. The phenotypes were examined and classified under the UV- 3 66 nm light. Gene frequencies were calculated by gene counting. The following gene frequencies were observed: ACPiA = 0.100 ± 0.028, ACPiB = 0.736 + 0.042, ACPjC = 0.164 ± 0.035. Observed values were confirmed with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (%2 = 1.4804, DF = 2, a=0.05).
