Abstract (EN)
Abstract: In the process of artistic creations, culture and the products of traditional art have great influence. These products have a valuable place and importance in terms of cultural heritage in the societies that continue the tradition, especially in the Far East. Sumi-e paintings, which are involved the cultural and artistic creations of the Far East;also come from the culture that has emerged from inside, especially in the context of the reflections of religious phenomena and belief systems on creation anxiety, it appears as an active art understanding. Concerning Sumi-e Art survived from past to present, the still continuing Sumi-e paintings and the artists who perform Sumi-e Art in Turkey, has been studied extensively with artifacts. In the research process, descriptive data were obtained by using literature search and interview method with artists. It was found that Japan was influenced by China in terms of culture and art and influenced other nations. From the Sumi-e Art of Turkish artists; the form of material and application, philosophical factors, by assimilating the caring of the meaningful expressions to reflect the work etc. affected angular in this art approach, new search efforts were observed. The scope of the research was limited to the past and contemporary period Chinese - Japanese and Turkish artists and studies were carried out to examine the sustainability of Sumi-e paintings.
