The national business system is a legitimate organization which is formed by the main economic actors into it. And it expresses a system which is formed by the organizational behaviors, growth and competition strategies, organizational understandings and inter-relations of the economic actors. In this respect Japanese National System was analyzed and it is tried to expose the effect of the national business system to progress of the internationalization by analyzing Toyota. The three features of the national business system are ownership coordination, non-ownership coordination and employement relations. The national business system forms according to these features. Main factors of the national business system are state, financial system, skill development & control systems and trust and authority. All these factors are important elements to form any national business system.Japanese national business system is organized as a cluster type in which the companies and their contractors work together in the same market. These cluster are named as Keiretsu and basically there is a big financial institution at the center of this organization. So, it is easy to say that ownership coordination has no importance in Japanese natioanal business system. It is clear that he Japan national system is a state oriented system and the state shares all available risks with the companies. Also, the tendency to use short term credits is very common between Japan companies and this different structure of the finacial system can be alive by the powerfull mutual trust between the companies and the banks. In this study, a dimentional structure was established by determination of the general characteristics of the national system. Then, Toyota was analyzed as a sample company and discussed how Toyota?s internationalism effect from its own national system. The books which are related with Toyota were used to answer the question about how Toyota effects from Japanese national system in their internationalism. And also a semi structural interview was realized with a senior Japanese member of Toyota. In addition to all writer?s 12 years Toyota Türkiye experience and an observation year in Japan is used.According to sources, interview and observation, it can be said that one of the important factors for the Japanese international activities are skill developer and controller schools, private training associations and unions. Japanese companies? manufacturing structure can be named as imitate isomophism as it is same as Toyota and become international with an ?export to develop? strategy. Toyota starts to internationalism facilities with export and then establish a sales organization in the target country and finally tries to find a posibility to make direct investment. This challenge is sometimes with a local partner but generally alone but absolutely with the other Japanese companies from its keiretsu.
