Sarim function of Joseon and party of Union and Progress of Ottoman Empire: A study of comparative history

Sarim Party is a political group in Joseon Dynasty that known as South Korea now. They made an effort to take hold the donmination because they think their people have tough life. Despite they have heavy loss, they achieved and took hold the domination. On the other hand, Party of Union and Progress of Ottoman Empire made an effort for save their country because they think their country will disappear. So they conflicted with Abdülhamit who is Sultan of Ottoman Empire. They have hevay loss too. They achieved and took hold the dominitaon but they can't save their country. Ottoman Empire fall down. This Project is analysed both of them about similarty and difference.
