Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACT This work consist of the three chapters. Theory of codes and symmetric design are considered in the first and the second chapters respectively. In the third chapter which is original part of this thesis, for an odd integer k and C - code of (v, k, X) - symmetric design, in the subset C\, we define relative weigth of X code word and maximum relative weigth and the ratio of relative weigth and we study of their properties. Further relative probability p applied to the Shannon entropy. A measure of uncertainty for the code words of a symmetric block design having parameters (v, k, X) is proposed. VI
