Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the aim is to prepare of CdS thin films and to determine the optical and physical properties of these films and also to fabricate inverted type bulk heterojunction solar cells using CdS and semiconducting polymers. Effects of CdS thin film thicknesses, the presence of PEDOT: PSS, different metal contacts and also morphological and photophysical properties have been investigated as well.
