Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of different warm-up protocols applied to female football players on shooting speed. In this study, 15 female football players competing in the TFF Women's Football 3rd League in the 2023-2024 season took part voluntarily. During the study, participants were subjected to FIFA+11, Dynamic and HarmoKnee warm-up protocols on three different days, and their shooting speeds were measured with a radar gun after each protocol. The data obtained were subjected to statistical analysis and the differences between the protocols were examined. SPSS package program was used to process the data obtained from the research, descriptive statistics and statistical analysis of the data. Shapiro-Wilk test was used to assume normality of the data, and One-Way ANOVA test, one of the parametric tests, was applied according to normality distribution. The highest shooting speed averages were measured in FIFA+11 (67.26) and the lowest in the dynamic warm-up protocol (65.33). There was no statistically significant difference between the three warm-up protocols and shooting speeds (p>0.05). As a result of these findings, it was observed that the FIFA+11 warm-up protocol had a positive effect on the shooting speed of female football players. Football players who apply this protocol have higher warm-up rates compared to other warm-up methods. It has been determined that the shooting speed has been reached. As a result, although there is no statistically significant difference between the three warm-up protocols, it has been observed that the FIFA+11 warm-up protocol has a greater effect on shot speed than other warm-up protocols. This finding shows that appropriate warm-up protocols can significantly contribute to increased performance in football.
