Abstract (EN)
Keywords: Woman, Law of Islam, woman rights, family, social life, idea. This study is about "Ideas in Al-Fiqh About Women In Some Subjects and The Evaluation of These Ideas". In this study, they are discussed subjects those the Islam Religion's subjects which are about women and are discussed so much. The study is formed from three chapters. These chapters are discussed respectively as follows: Some ideas about women's private life, some ideas about women's social life, and some ideas about familial life. In the first chapter which is title of "Some Ideas About Woman's Private Life" these subjects are discussed: to be adorn, and cover oneself and clothing. In the second chapter which is title of "Some Ideas About Woman's Social Life" these subjects are discussed: sound of woman, and work of woman. In the third and at the same time end chapter which is title of "Some Ideas About Woman's Familial Life" these subjects are discussed: the equality in marriage, the women rights in marriage, poligamy, the birth control, the curettage, al-mehr, the alimony. In the end of each subjects which are discussed in this study, ideas which is written by author is given with the title of "The Evaluation".
