Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of sexual myths and rumination on sexual satisfaction in women and to examine whether there are differences according to socio-demographic characteristics. The sample of the study consists of 386 women participants between the ages of 18-55. In this study, the data were obtained by socio-demographic information form, golombok-rust sexual satisfaction scale-woman form, sexual myths scale and ruminative thinking style scale. Participants in the research have accessed via the internet. As a result of the statistical analysis made in the study sexual myths and rumination have an partly effect on sexual satisfaction in women.
