Abstract (EN)
The aim of the study is to examine whether emotional eating behavior is associated with anxiety and self-control in women. Women living in different provinces of Turkey participated in the research online. The total number of participants is 180. Women who voluntarily participated in the study were asked to approve the Informed Consent Form. Then, they were asked to fill the Personal Information Form, Emotional Appetite Scale, Self-Control Scale, and State and Trait Anxiety Scale. SPSS.22 (Statistical Package of Social Sciences) was used in the analysis of the data obtained as a result of the research. According to the research results; A significant and negative correlation was found between negative emotional appetite and self-control. Also, no significant relationship was found between emotional appetite and anxiety.
