Abstract (EN)
In the history, shopping starts with barter and people buy the goods which they can not produce with price, this concept starts different means for men and women. Men go shopping collectively and when they need, where as women always go shopping in everywhere. Due to the this fact, shopping is more than satisfy a need for woman, it means relaxing, self expression, let of stream and add meaning to life and woman suppose it as an entertaining activity. İt is a well-known fact that shopping is an irreplaceable activity for woman. But some woman complain about negative situations which occur while shopping. Because of this reason, this study aims to exhibit source of unhappiness or the negative situations for woman which occur while shopping.According to achieve this target, a survey is conducted in Sakarya among 200 woman who has different demographic characteristic, in the time November-December 2015. Collected data subjected to different statistical analyses with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics programme ANOVA test, t-Test and ki-kare analyses, supplementary statistics fall into in this analyses. According to research findings, woman feel uncomfortable in shopping when place is crowded, sales person excessively look after, not finding proper size or shoe size, cabin is narrow and airless. Additionaly, mayarity of woman who go shopping for dress prefer listening to music or spend time with friends rather than go shopping when they want to relax.
