In the light of the developments in artificial intelligence applications,with code of develop algorithms that work like human brain to computers, very complexproblems which require tedious mathematical computations can be solved by a computer usinga simple logical approach. Genetic Algorithms developed by using this approach have beenoften used in structural optimum design problems.Genetic Algorithm is a method which is developed by adapting to the computer ofgenetic rules in the nature. It is noticed that the multi-objective genetic optimization technique isalternate method that may be used for the design in plane and space truss. Practicability ofmethod developed have been shown with numerical examples solved.Key words: Multi-objective Optimization, Genetic Algorithm, Truss System, GOALI
