Abstract (EN)
The rapid spread of Islam has led Muslims to interact with cultures, social structures, and religious beliefs outside their own. Simultaneously, the negative atmosphere created by sectarian and political conflicts in the Islamic world after the death of Prophet Muhammad has prompted people to engage in different pursuits. As a result, the emerging religious understandings are categorized as political, doctrinal, jurisprudential, Sufi, and mystical. The Kalenderi perspective is one such mystical understanding. The Kalenderi perspective began to emerge around the tenth century and, starting from the twelfth century through Cemaladdin Savi, entered a process of systematization, becoming a Sufi movement. Kalenderi dervishes, with their unique philosophy of life and rituals, quickly drew attention and gathered numerous followers. The goals behind the actions of these dervishes, who reached a large audience and a broad geography, have aroused curiosity in every era. Keywords: Islamic Philosophy, Sufism, Calendarism, Dervish, Mystical.
