In quality assurence systems, education and single application

SUMMARY In today's competitive environment, the importance given to education by companies are increasing. That's why, each company pays different attention towards an education type that they think is important for their company. In recent years, the rise of private companies that gives advisory service toward education and other needs of the company can be describes as a positive improvement on serving the educational needs of our companies. But the companies should take education more seriously. They shouldn't do it just for fashion or just to say that it is done, then it won't be a seccess. Companies that want to start Quality Assurance Systems should firsty begin with educating their managers through public relations, total quality management, education of educators and problem solving techniques. Therefore, after making sure that the managers have obtained technical job information and qualification, they can start educating the other workers. In Quality Assurance Systems, our study titled " Education and Single Application" is formed of ten sections. In first three sections, The Quality Assurance Systems were studied and the educational department's formation has been investigated by indicating the importance of education. In the fourth and fifth sections, the necessity of education was determined and evaluated, also the basic educational topics have been investigated. In the sixth and seventh sections, a special attention was given to the educational methods both on and off dutty. In the eighth section, the evaluation methods of education was investigated. In the ninth section, educational applications in a company were explained through all the thoughts mentioned in the first eight sections. In Quality Assurance Systems, to have a successful educational systems, higher levelled administrators must believe in education, support education and they must show it through their behaviour. xvi
