Quality control methods and problems in practice (A research on the manufacture companies in Malatya Organized Industrial Zone)

Quality control in manufacture companies existing in each phase of production cycle is a process which has a vital importance to assure the customer satisfaction. Since 1990s the studies done so far reached a certain level of prevalence and they show that the acceptable error level should be ?0?.Several big international manufacture companies can succeed in ?0? error target by developing new methods. The biggest factors effecting the success are business?s attitudes toward quality and quality control. However, the case in the developing countries is different. The Quality concept has been misperceived, there have been, therefore, problems associated with Quality Control studies. Several external and internal factors, in which the structural characteristic of a business is ranking first, can lead to these kinds of problems.The main purpose of present study was to determine the problems encountered in quality Control applications of manufacture companies running in Malatya Organized Industrial Zone. Furthermore this study aimed at examining to what extend the Quality Control Studies mentioned in this study meet the requirements of the Quality Control systems which should be developed by modern companies.
