Abstract (EN)
Companies making an effort for not loosing but also increasing their market share in a hard competition conditions as a result of globalisation. The way of this is to make their customers happy. Companies must provide their continuity by trying to increase the product and the service quality, and decrease the production costs to get the customer?s pleasure. Companies compensate for their quality works, and for that compensation, the standed sacrifices are quality costs. Quality costs are one of the most important item of quality management. It is required to analize, check and measure those costs. Only by this way, the acquired cost data regarding quality can be used for identifying the company objectives, the investment decisions for increasing quality, decreasing the costs and increasing the competition power of the company as a result of increasing quality, and stating the portantial developing areas. In this study, it is emphasizes of the inpartance of quality costs and the quality costs systems, and investigating its applicability for a plastic company, and the results related with the application are explained.
