Abstract (EN)
Cement is produced by adding one or more additives such as clinker, gypsum, trass, limestone, slag, which is the semi-finished material obtained by baking the raw materials containing silicon, calcium, aluminum and iron oxides to the 1250-1450 oC range until the changing sintering temperatures, produced hydraulic binder materials. For the quality production of the cement, the samples are taken at different stages of the production and analyzed. Physical and mechanical behavior tests are performed on standard samples prepared using cement with the results of the analysis made and quality control is followed. Analyzes made in a cement plant are very important and meaningful to reveal the individual effect of each factor but they can not give information about the effects of other factors as well as binary, triple and multiple effects. In this study, many factors affecting the cement product occur at different levels Experimental design optimization methods using the methods of level experiment design were discussed. In this way, possible individual and aggregate effects of all factors were evaluated together, taking into account the possible change intervals of each factor.
