Abstract (EN)
Heart failure has high mortality and morbidity rates, which are increasingly common all over the world. Heart failure is a disease that affects patients, their families and society. Videocapilloscopy(Nailfold videocapillaroscopy, NVC) is a simple, repeatable noninvasive examination method that can be easily tolerated by the patient. In this study aimed that determine the relationship between systemic endothelial damage and heart failure disease severity by assessing capillary circulation with videocapillaroscopy. In this study worked with 110 consecutive patients who admitted to Gaziantep University Medical Faculty Şahinbey Research and Practice Hospital Cardiology Department and heart failure diagnosed with echocardiography (eco). Patients with echocardiography were selected according to cardiac failure esc 2016 guidelines. A videocapillaroscopic examination was performed. Videocapillaryoscopic examinations were performed on the basis of presence of density, presence of dilate capillaries, presence of giant capillaries, presence of microhemorrhage, presence of branching, presence of disorganization, presence of tortuosity, presence of avascular space, presence of extravasation and neogenesis. In our study were not significantly correlated with the decrease in capillary densities at NVC, presence of dilated capillary, microhemorrhage, branching, disorganization, tortuosity and avascular areas.
