Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to make some suggestions about employee satisfaction after determining satisfaction and dissatisfaction levels of General Directorate of Youth and Sport personnel with their jobs, by applying Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire short form to 124 employees of concerned institution. Data has been evaluated by SPSS and frequency analysis results are given.This study was done to research human resources management and behavioral approaches of General Directorate of Youth and Sport personnel to their jobs and to determine the research results. Some suggestions are presented in the study that can be useful for future studies by taking the results obtained from study reviews and findings as a basis.As a result of human resources management assessment evaluation, it was determined that personnel have been satisfied with organizational structure, business relationships, motivation, appropriate work environment, career planning, performance appraisal and compensation management. According to overall job satisfaction, it was determined that General Directorate of Youth and Sport Personnel are satisfied with all aspects of personnel management.
