Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of Yoga and Pilates public employees on quality of life. The importance of the study is to reveal the effect of meditative recreation activities on quality of life. Quality of life is the subjective perception of the individual's concrete living conditions. The sample of the study consisted of individuals who live in Isparta province and turned towards yoga and pilates. Almost all of the participants are women, and the majority of the participants are married and have an educational level of university and graduate level. In the study, it was found that yoga and pilates were positively correlated. Yoga and pilates did not differ according to age, gender, marital status and education level. The main question of the research was the effect of yoga and pilates on quality of life, regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that doing yoga and pilates had a positive effect on public employees. The results are consistent with similar studies in the literature.
