Corruptions from the angle of publi̇c economy and the fight again corruption

Every period of history existing corruption; public powers and authority of the tasks entrusted to those who have the power and the power of special interests in order to ensure the use of self or others. Corruption in countries' social, cultural and economic conditions that vary depending on, making a valid definition of anytime, anywhere is possible. Corruption, which is more common in developing countries, has always been on the agenda in politics, public institutions, municipalities and banks in Turkey. Corruption is one of the most important global problems in the world. Major corruption in the global economy is within and outside the real country; Politics, economics, science, media, national and international are seen everywhere and can not be prevented. As international corruption is more harmful, it is understood that global governance has failed. However, other contributing factors to global governance also play a role. It is therefore clear that there is a need for global governance in a new mode of thinking and action to prevent global corruption. In this study, the definition of corruption, types, causes, effects and prevention issues are examined. Corruption social, legal, political and economic causes that several causes, as is more common in less developed countries, these countries where corruption accelerate some jobs and provides limited benefits, but in general has been shown to cause great harm to the country and society. Situation is worse in the corruption ranking, Turkey showed an improvement in this situation last year. In 2015 corruption perception index ranking 1st in the country's score, while in 9,10, Turkey's points 4,20 and 60th among 168 countries. At least confiding institutions: are Politicians, Political Parties, Media, Government (Central Government). Most corruption in public works and transactions: are in the Auctions, Reconstruction, Customs, Foreign Trade, Licenses, is seen in tax and real estate transaction.
