The second chapter, explaining the differences between conventional and participation banks through collect (deposits) and present (credits/loans) funding methods, interest and profit, audit and shari audit, and a simple summary about Turkey participation banks association. The third chapter consists of three main parts too. Then, from 2015 to 2020 to examine the impact of the public participation banks variables (advertising expenses, number of branches, profit rate on deposit and loans) on the private participation banks share by their variables (net profit, collected funds, given loans/credits) Multiple linear regression analysis has been used. Subsequently, the last part presents diagrams that are explaining private participation banks to which sector pay attention by financing operations after public banks entered the participation market.
