Abstract (EN)
Periodic maintenance and repair of construction machinery is an important process to ensure efficient operation of the vehicles. This process should be carried out regularly to extend the life of construction machinery, ensure occupational safety, prevent unexpected breakdowns, reduce work losses and save time and money. The BMP (Business Process Management) identifies processes and aims to document and improve them. Provides cost and performance monitoring of processes. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) aims to minimize malfunctions that may cause stoppages or slowdowns of the work machines used, and enables the organization of the necessary periodic maintenance and breakdowns. In this study, IMAP 1.0 (Business Directorate Workshop Program) which was written to record the breakdowns of all vehicles used by the Tokat Provincial Special Administration and the spare parts purchased in a digital environment, is explained together with its source codes.
