Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, efficiency and efficiency are a sine qua non in the services provided by public institutions and organizations. For this reason, public institutions and organizations; They use emerging information technologies to provide services in a safer, faster, more accurate and faster manner. Modern process management consists of two main elements: classical business management and information management. With the advancing technology, information management has taken precedence over business management. In this study, in the case of a state university, to determine the problems experienced in the leasing process of the canteen in the scope of the Implementing Regulation of Higher Education Institutions, Medico-Social Health, Culture and Sports Affairs Department, to propose an information system for the solution of the problems and to make inferences about how the information system can solve the existing problems. intended. With the study, the problems experienced in the functioning of canteen tenders and leasing processes were identified and a web-based information system was designed within the scope of process improvement studies to solve the problems. With the designed system, completely manual operations are converted into user interactive activities or automated system activities, saving labor and time. Control points have been designed in order to eliminate the problems that may occur due to human errors.
