Abstract (EN)
In a dynamic environment with globalization and rapid development in technology, "creativity" and "innovation" have highly critical roles for survival of organizations in highly competitive world and in the long run. In this regard, the 4th industrial revolution comprising all units within production, storage and supply chain being capable of working independently and in relation with each other, software and information technology that are constantly fed by data to work as an integrated and smart system has great importance not only for private sector but also public sector. In this study, the relationship between employee's Industry 4.0 level of knowledge and the employee's perception of role ambiguity as well as moderator effect of organizational culture has been investigated. The data used in this research was collected from 201 employee of TÜBİTAK BİLGEM through questionnaire and the findings have been analyzed with LISREL 8.54 and SPSS 23.0 software. Research results has highlighted that there is significant and positive relationship between employee's Industry 4.0 knowledge level and the employee's perception of role ambiguity. Moreover, it was found that organizational culture has a moderating effect on the relationship between employee's Industry 4.0 knowledge level and the employee's perception of role ambiguity.
