Union commitment of public the health workers İzmir state's research

About reaching the aims of the unions, as the sufficiency of the uniongenerally depends on fidelity of the members, the belief which are aimed atorganized work-power and the willingness of servicing by personel will-power,the commitment is an important part of the union case. Espacially without agroup contract and official union which is being carried on without a strike, thepositive attitudes of the members against the union are important factors forthe members stil being within the union and struggling for the rights during thegroup meetings.Having lost their so called importance and power, the unions have tobroaden their functions, interfere the attemps of raising thee number of themembers and support. The solution of the case to a great extend is known as itis based on helping the members to improve positive and powerful attitudesagainst the union commitment is handled as an important sign of how muchassimilation the workers have and as their being ready to support.In this study, union commitment of the public health workers, ishandled on the level of willingness to work for the union, union loyalty,responsibility to the union and belief in unionism. It has been tried to searchthe tendency of union commitment for the members of union who work for thehalth and social services.
