Abstract (EN)

From the past to present, the place of women and men in the social field is discussed under the influence of the concept of gender. The consept of gender, which has emerged as a new concept, has also been included in these discussions. Unlike the concept of gender, gender deals with the roles that society imposes on women culturally. It is considered culturally apart from the consept of gender. The place and importance of women from tha Stone Age to the present day has progressed by changing. In the historical process, while it is seen that the role of women occupies an important place in the division of labor in the society where the main masculine structure is, in an order that has evolved into a paternalistic social structure it is seen that women are subjected to being compressed and pushed into the private sphere. It is seen that the wars experienced later, the shortage of personnel in tha labor force and the development of the industry caused the need for women, who constitute half of the population. While women are participating in business life from home life, gender hes also caused women to work in the professions and fields which are chosen for them. In addition, women have been exposured to difficulties in business life as the fist choice to be dismissed when the crisis broke out, being deprived of their labor rights and receiving low remuneration for their labor. It causes women to face difficulties in certain fields, certain professions, and their number in working life due to gender. The high number of female employes in the health sector, the fact that the care business is seen as a responsibility of women from the historical process to the present day is still a matter of curiosity whether it has an impact today and how effective this agricultural struggle is today. It is the main purpose of the study to show women nurses and doctors in the health sector, which has a large number of people in this working society and business life, have difficulties in their working lives because of their sexual identity when their sexual identity is associated with their profession. In this study, which was designed as a qualetative research, it was tried to determine whether the number of women in their sector is related to their sexual identity, the difficulties they experience in their sectors and the positive reasons that push them to work. As a result of the analysis, four main categories emerged. Motivations that are effective in women's participation in working life, thoughts about women in relation to social perception, positive and negative aspects of working life in these themes based on the connection of the number of women in the health sector with sexual identity, the questions in the interview form are grouped into subcateen categories. When the data obtained were categorized and interpreted, it was born as a result that the motivations thah push women into working life are economic and ideological, that their household responsibilities are their own due to social perception and that they have difficulties in their work lives due to their gender, and that one women in the health sector is high is the identification of their sexual identity and profession.
