Abstract (EN)
In the course of time, Expropriation plans of Highway have remained inadequate and have been unable to respond the needs sufficiently due to the some technical reasons such as; the lack of plans in the quantitative environment, being fragmentary, and being unable to transfer the digital updates to the plan etc. In order for these plans to be used accurately, quickly, dynamically and instantly accessible, the emergency of the necessity of updating the plans has occurred. During that updating phase, all data such as; old cadastral plans, cadastral bases, land registry records, zoning plans, survey projects, related cases, and expropriation achieve should be evaluated together. In this study, the expropriation plan production process of highways, some problems encountered in cadastre in this process and solutions are examined.
