Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of four parts. The first chapter mentions the history of the isoperimetric problem and some methods used in its solution. The second chapter gives some basic concepts about space curves and plane curves. The third chapter gives closed curves in the plane. The last section gives the length and area of the closed convex curve.
