Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effect of dimensional features of closed places, which haveresembling decoration features and have the same depth measures but differentwidth measures, on the places perceptional quality, has been examined. For thatreason, two closed office places with different dimensions in K3 Plaza CenterOffice Building in Istanbul have been included to the study. A detailed inquiryhas been applied to the closed office users in order to establish their pleasuresand wishes and the perceptional quality of the place. As a result closed officeusers? perceptions of interior factors show differences according to the differentoffice types. It has been concluded that the users of closed offices, which havetwo windows (1,8x2)x2 m and a big architectural plan (5,5x4,8 m), perceive theplace in a more positive way in comparison to the users of closed offices whichhave only one window (1,8x2 m) and a small architectural plan (3,6x4,8 m).
