A study on the effects of spatial quality on the perceptional performances of employees in enclosed plan offices

In thıs study, a research has been made to determine the effects of spatial quality, on the perceptional performances of employees in enclosed plan offices. For this purpose, M.E.T.U. Engineering Faculty, Computer Engineering Department?s offices researched in this study. The data of study is collected by applying a detailed three steps survey to staff and observation on them, and also architectural drawings of places are drawn, and photographs of places are taken. As the last step of the research, the data of the study which collected by the survey have analyzed and according to the results, some elements which constitute the quality of the spaces are effective on the perceptional performance,Key Words: Enclosed office, quality of space, interior design
