Aim: The aim of the study is to examine the Indoor Sports Hall of the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports in terms of occupational health and safety. Evaluating the risks in terms of occupational health and safety is determining what can be done to determine whether the measures taken are sufficient or not. It is essential to make risk analysis and assessment in the indoor sports hall, which has spectators, workers and technical personnel. For this purpose, hazards that could pose a risk were photographed and recorded. Materials and Methods: In this thesis, hazards that will affect the health and safety of workers, employees and visitors working in youth sports centers were determined by the Fin Kinney method, and risk analyzes were compared and evaluated. Results: When the data is examined, due to the fact that the periodical controls of the pressure booster water tanks are not carried out, they are not stacked and especially the pressure vessels have completed their safe life, the non-ergonomic situations in the rooms belonging to the personnel throughout the facility, the absence of emergency warning signs, the expiration date of the fire extinguishers, their being in the wrong places, and It is seen that not placing the tubes in the appropriate places is in the very high risk category. Conclusion: As a result of the findings obtained due to unfavorable conditions and insufficient resources, a total of 51 risks were identified, 12 of which are in the very high risk category, 18 in the high risk category, 18 in the significant risk category, and 3 in the definite risk category. It will be possible to create a working environment suitable for occupational health and safety criteria in indoor sports halls with the proposed risk control measures against the identified risks.
