Abstract (EN)
The financial crisis that emerged in the United States in 2007-2008 years has affected many countries, but it has been effected by some nations.Greece is one of them. The economic crisis that Greece has experienced during this period has also influenced Europe and has been the way to take serious precautions.In this study, the Greek debt crisis was assessed within the framework of O'connor's approach.Accordingly, in the period and after the crisis of Greece; Social capital expenditures and social expenditures used to ensure the legitimacy of the system are examined.How these expenses are funded is also assessed.However, as a result of this review and evaluation, it has been observed that some social capital expenditures and social expenditure spending are not continuously increasing, as opposed to the theory of O'connor.
