The execution of comprehensive psychological counsel and guidance program?s guidance activities by class teachers and counselors

The aim of this resarch is to determine perception of class guidance teachers? and counselors? directed to the Comprehensive Psychological Counsel and Guidance Program?s Guidance Activities using in primary schools.This research is a descriptive research which directed to determine the situation of class guidance teachers? and counselors? (psychological counsellor) using of comprehensive psychological counsel and guidance program?s guidance acitvities. This research?s sampling includes, sum of 282 teachers of which 173 women and 109 men who work randomly selected 24 formal primary schools of The Ministry of Education in the academic year of 2009-2010, based in the distirict Yenimahalle of Ankara city. For data collection a survey used which was developed by researcher. Survey is prepared in 9 different form for class guidance teachers and school counselors who work in the level of 1st class to 8th class. The collected data were analyzed by frequency and percentile norms.The followings were obtained from the study:The class guidance teachers and counselors, participated in the research, think that all the questions, which are in the guidance activities from 1st class to 8th class levels, are easily answered by students, activities are convenient to the students? development level, class seating is convenient fort he activities and the forms in the activities are easily fill in.Primary school 1st grade class guidance teachers think more positive than 2nd grade class guidance teachers for the duration of the activities are adequate and students are ready to joining to activities and the materials in the activities are easily obtained.While the primary school 1st grade class guidance teachers think that guidance activities are easily executed in the crowded-class, the primary school 2nd grade class guidance teachers think that activities are not easily executed in crowded-class or they are erratic in tihs subject.
