Abstract (EN)

XIV. and XV. The Akkoyunlu principality, which played an important role in shaping the political structure of the Anatolian geography in the centuries, became a group of tribes who had made the fütuhat, and entered the principality statehood process with the passing of Osman Bey and the obedience to Timur. Osman Bey, who benefited from the geographical and political position of Anatolia, continued his constitutional-nomadist tradition in Turkish culture and managed his state.In Anatolia, where the political structure changed rapidly, Osman Bey declared the obedience to Timur, one of the important powers of the period, which was important for the future of Akkoyunlu Principality. With his obedience to Timur, Osman Bey has adopted important trade and transit routes in Anatolia and reinforced his dominance in the stateization process.
