Abstract (EN)

Karabakh is a region that has been within the borders of Azerbaijan throughout history. The migration of Armenians to the Karabakh region started in the early 1800s with more than one million Armenians from the regional states of Turkey and Iran. Thus, the migration of Armenians to the region began and later Armenians' territorial claims emerged. In this research, after giving information about Armenia's seizure of Azerbaijani lands in the historical process, especially the First Karabakh and Second Karabakh wars, the 10 November agreement that ended the war, the crimes committed by Armenians during the war and while withdrawing from Karabakh, and the acts of crimes against humanity were examined and the region was examined. The attitude of the states was discussed.
