Abstract (EN)
In this study, a HPLC-DAD (Diode Array Detector) method was developed for simultaneous determination of six organic acids (oxalic, tartaric, formic, lactic, acetic and citric acid). All parameters were optimized for increase the sensitivity of this developed method. Optimum conditions were: flow rate; 1 mL.min-1, column temperature; 60oC, wavelength; 210 nm and mobile phase H2SO4 (pH:2.5) / acetonitrile determined. The developed method was applied to different parts (branch, leave and cone) of Black Pine (pinus nigra). The branch side of black pine oxalic, lactic and citric acid contents were founded 289.26, 40.10 and 162.14 mg.kg-1, respectively. Other three acids (tartaric, formic and acetic acid) were not detected because of below detection limits. The leave side of black pine oxalic, tartaric, lactic and citric acid contents were 667.04, 75.12, 54.82 and 223.63 mg.kg-1, respectively. Other two acids (formic and acetic acid) were not detected because of below detection limits. The cone side of black pine oxalic, tartaric, lactic, acetic and citric acid contents were 568.18, 60.13, 90.14, 68.43 and 105.38 mg.kg-1, respectively. Formic acid was not detected because of below detection limit.
