Investigation of some demographic properties of water production processing plant stories in the Black Sea region

Abstract (EN)
In this study, the socio-economic structures of the fish processing factories employees in provinces in the Black Sea Region were examined. Eighteen of the seven provinces in the geographical region has a total of 37 enterprises with production permits from the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock. Participation in the survey was carried out in 28 enterprises actively operating from these enterprises. 5 of 28 factories are fish flour and oil factories, 4 of them is escargot processing factories (At the same time, both of them are processing fish.). In mentioned factories, 532 interviewers filled out a questionnaire consisting of 24 questions each. 63, 91% of the employees are men. In the distribution of age groups of employees, 36.65% was the highest rate of 31-40 years. Looking at the educational status, it is seen that 38.91% of secondary education graduates constitute the highest rate. It was estimated that 99.62% of the employees had social security and that they were all in the form of SSK security. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the data of the employees working in fishery processing factories in the Black Sea Region from the social and economic point of view.
