Investigation of socio-economic status of the processing facilities and the deplation of employer in the Black Sea Region

ABSTRACT INVESTIGATION OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS OF THE PROCESSING FACILITIES AND THE DEPLATION OF EMPLOYER IN THE BLACK SEA REGION To determine the socio-economic status of individuals and their burnout levels. For this purpose, two different questionnaire forms were applied to 102 employees working in 7 processing plants operating in Sinop and Samsun provinces. In the first survey used to determine the socio-economic status of the individuals working in aquaculture processing facilities, the age, gender, educational status, the ownership status of the houses, the type of heating of the dwelling house and so on. A total of 24 questions were included to determine some socio-economic data. In the second questionnaire, there were a total of 34 questions to determine the burnout levels and causes of the participants. The data obtained from the questionnaire forms were transferred to SPSS 22.0 program and statistical analyzes were performed. In the statistical analysis of the data, the significance level was accepted as p <0.05. The findings obtained after the analysis were tabulated and interpreted. As a result of the study, it was found that the monthly income level of the individuals working in the seafood processing facilities operating in the Black Sea was at minimum wage level, the education level was low, the participants were satisfied with the salaries, they were concentrated in the young age group, most of the individuals were working in the position of workers and there were no reading habits of books and newspapers. It was. As a result, although the socio-economic level of individuals working in seafood processing plants is low, it can be said that they are satisfied with their jobs and monthly income.
