Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effect of time to take cuttings and duration to keep in rooting condition on the rooting and sapling performance of black mulberry cuttings were investigated. Wood cuttings taken fifteen days intervals in October and November were divided into three groups and dipped in 6000 ppm IBA solution for five seconds, they were medicated with the active ingredient 26.7% Boscalid and 6.7% Pyraclostrabin in the WG(Water Dispersible Granule) formulation to prevent soil-borne pathogenes and then planted into the underfloor heating perlite medium with three replications. The rooting percentage, root number and root length of the cuttings were measured for 60-90-120 days. The relationship between time to take and duration to keep in rooting medium were recorded. In the study, the average rooting percentage of cuttings waiting for 60 days in the rooting medium was 69.4%, the average rooting percentage of cuttings waiting for 90 days in the rooting medium was 72.8% and the average rooting percentage of cuttings waiting for 120 days in the rooting medium was 65.6%. was determined.
