Abstract (EN)
In this master thesis study, the problems encountered in Karaman - Ulukışla High Speed Train railway route and in the engineering structures and the applications related to the solutions were included. Within the scope of the study, the lithology of the railway line between KM: 139 + 100 - 139 + 750 and KM: 160 + 450 - 160 + 850 was investigated, bearing capacity, elastic and consolidation settlement, liquefaction analysis were performed. In order to solve the geotechnical problems detected on the railway line; deep mixing column, jet grout column, stone column, rock fill alternatives have been investigated, and the engineering calculations of the improved soils which can be applied and economically feasible are executed analytically and numerically. The railway - highway intersections at KM: 201 + 934, the top - down system application were described for the elimination of level crossing and the construction phases were analyzed with PLAXIS 2D computer program. As a result of the analyzes, the deformations expected to occur were determined and suggestions were given.
