Abstract (EN)
The mites of genus Acrotritia Jacot, 1923 dwelling in soil in Karanlıkdere Valley have been evaluated from taxonomic viewpoint and Acrotritia ardua (Koch, 1841)species has been identified. The identified Acrotritia ardua (Koch, 1841)species was examined by a light microscopy and scanning electron microscopes, the measurements belonging to their various body structures and egg wasdone and and also photographed; it habitats and distributions on the world were given and taxonomical problems discussed.
