Özet (EN)
Decision process is a process that includes complexity and uncertainty. The survivance of organizations in competition environment depends on the usage of decision making process effectively. The aim of thesis study is to establish a new decision making approach which uses artificial intelligence (AI) techniques as fuzzy logic and game theory. In the study, multi-objective decision making (MODM) and multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) processes were combined as multi objective and criteria decision making (MOCDM) process and this process was considered in two person non-constant sum game theory perspective. The methods in literature about related topics were examined and a hybrid decision making methodology which comprises many decision methods was formed. All phases of methodology are executed in game theoretic perspective by evaluating the mutual strategies of players. The objectives, critical factors (criteria) and the weights of these are calculated by fuzzy mathematical applications. Then, players? strategies are evaluated according to objectives and criteria. In this process, instead of crisp numbers, the subjective factors are evaluated by using fuzzy linguistic terms and converted to numerical values. To demonstrate the validity and applicability of proposed methodology for organizations in competition environments, the decision making process in an international disagreement in which ambiguities have an essential role was examined as a case study.
