Abstract (EN)
A novel voltammetric sensor was developed for the detection of paracetamol by voltammetric method by coating glassy carbon electrodes with carbon nanoblack, carbon nanotube and niobium nanoparticles. The prepared voltammetric sensor exhibited a high electrocatalytic activity in the electrochemical reaction of paracetamol and a significant increase in current response was achieved. A voltammetric sensor was used for the analytical detection of paracetamol in 0.1 M PBS medium with pH value 7. The current response increased linearly with paracetamol concentration between 2.0x10-7 M and 1.24x10-6 M. The detection limit was determined as 1.24x10-9 mol.L-1 mol.L-1 (S/N=3). The prepared sensor was perfectly applied in detecting paracetamol in parol sample.
