Özet (EN)
This study aims to comparatively evaluate the effects of Carboplatin, Boric Acid, and Metformin on cell proliferation, migration, and oxidative stress in breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7) and healthy epithelial cell lines (CRL-4010). An in vitro experimental model was used in the study; cell viability was investigated using the CCK-8 test, cell migration using the wound healing assay, and oxidative stress levels using superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity analysis. The applications were performed at the determined concentrations and durations, and the obtained data were statistically analyzed. The findings showed that the applied agents had different effects on proliferation, migration, and oxidative stress response in both breast cancer and healthy epithelial cells. These effects varied depending on both the cell type and the agent used. Consequently, this study is expected to make a significant contribution to understanding the cellular effects of agents used in breast cancer cells and to help reveal the differences in responses between cancer and healthy cells. Furthermore, it is anticipated that the findings will provide a basis for future experimental and therapeutic studies. Keywords: Breast Cancer, Boric Acid, Carboplatin, Metformin, Oxidative Stress
