Abstract (EN)

The increasing of industry and changing of human feeding behavior augment coronary artery diseases , so this increment need to increase the necessity of coronary revascularizations .Beating heart technique is safe and alternative method , that doesn?t contain risk and complication of cardiopulmonary bypass technique. For the comparison of myocardial damage with cardiopulmonary bypass or beating heart , one of the all methods is following the myocardial enzymes ( CPK , CPK-MB , Troponin I ) .For this purpose in our hospital we followed 22 patients with cardiopulmonary bypass technique and 22 patients with beating heart technique , we compared measurement of enzymes of patients at postoperative 6. and 12 . hours . The patients were selected seldom without distinction about age and gender. When we look the risk factors ( old age , chronic renal failure , DM , HT , female gender ) , risk factors were seen high in cardiopulmonary bypass technique .The average of , CPK ?MB at postoperative 6 .and 12. hours were found as high in cardiopulmonary bypass technique than beating heart as statistical meaningful .(p=0.0001 , p=0.01)The average of Troponin I at postoperative 6. and 12. hours were found as high in cardiopulmonary bypass technique than beating heart as statistical meaningful (p=0,006, p=0,042).According to the enzymes results ; in beating heart, all of enzymes were found lower than in cardiopulmonary bypass at all times ( 6.hours-12 hours)So we can accept ;the beating heart cause lower myocardial damage than cardiopulmonary bypass.
