Abstract (EN)
The aim of this thesis is to examine whether the mediating roles of organizational commitment and job satisfaction in the effect of career satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. The study was carried out on white collar workers who were choosen through convenience sampling from private sector companies operating in İzmir/Kemalpaşa Organized Industrial Zone. The data from 330 employees were analyzed via structural equation modeling techniques at the AMOS 24 statistical program. The results showed that career satisfaction had a positive effect on the sportsmanship, courtesy and alturism dimension of the organization citizenship behavior. In addition, it was found that job satisfaction and only affective commitment had mediating roles in this relationship.
