Abstract (EN)

Career management systems need to be created for many reasons, such as motivating employees in a labor-intensive industry, ensuring their loyalty to the workplace, promoting and assigning them according to certain criteria, being ready for new structuring, and increasing the efficiency of production Organizations in decision making; organizational culture is an important factor affecting decisions about human resource management practices, which draws a framework and guides the organization, coordinates the employees around common goals, facilitates the executive function by helping the workforce to act in line with these goals and controls them by shaping their occupational behavior. The existence of an effective career management system in organizations depends on organizational culture values. This is thought to be possible through the presence of innovative organizational culture types that emphasize human values, focus on relational orientation, and develop, take risks, and grow.
